Fighting the Flu With ONIONS

How are you doing with staying well this winter?
We remember the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost — also the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions and garlic. (Num. 11:5; NIV)
Often times when Jerry and I travel we seek out a Whole Foods Grocery Store to nourish our hungry bodies. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the name, Whole Foods is a large, natural foods grocery store with bountiful and beautiful organically grown food and other natural products. The closest Whole Foods store for us is almost a four hour drive. We don’t get there often.
So, on our recent trip to Portland, Jerry scouted and discovered a Whole Foods Store within walking distance of our hotel. Wahoo!!! I am literally like a little kid in a candy store when I enter Whole Foods.
