From Death to Life

The Coaching Pair“There is no incurable disease.”  Dr. Jordan Rubin

For whatever is in your heart determines what you say.  (Matt. 12:34c; NLT)

I’m doing something in this Daily Gram that we’ve never done before and have resisted doing for almost three years now.  Today’s link is going to be to an audio file (mp3) that is close to an hour in length.

Way too long for most, and because of that many, if not most will make the choice to skip it.  “I just don’t have time.  I’m too busy!.”  I know, because I’ve been there many times and those quotes are from my own lips.  All I can say is, that’s a bad choice.  I’m breaking all the rules of blogging by including that audio link because I truly believe it can save your life one day, or maybe the life of someone close to you.

BTW, you can simply right click on the link and click on “Save Link As” or “Save Target As” depending on your browser, and download the mp3 file to put on your iPod, other mp3 player, or desktop to listen at your convenience.  I strongly encourage you to do so.

The audio file is an interview between two of my mentors, Alex Loyd, N.M.D. (whom I know personally and have worked with for years) and  Jordan Rubin, Ph.D., N.M.D.  Dr. Loyd has recently written the best-selling book The Healing Code, and Dr. Rubin has written several books, probably the most notable being The Maker’s Diet.

During the course of the 55-minute interview, Dr. Loyd asks Dr. Rubin a series of four questions:

  1. What is the primary reason that modern Americans suffer from illness and disease?
  2. What is your personal story of health and restoration?  [The photo above is a before and after photo of Dr. Rubin.]
  3. What are the keys to extraordinary health?
  4. What is the #1 key to recovering one’s health?

As a hint to the answer Dr. Rubin give to the last question, he relates the following belief — “If a clinical study were done where 100 healthy people were brought into a physician’s office for a routine checkup and they were told that they have cancer with six months to live, I believe that 30-50 would die in six months.”

Please find the time to listen to this interview.  I am totally convinced that if you do, you will thank me for posting it, and Drs. Loyd and Rubin for the life-changing information they provide.  Blessings on you all.

Prayer Power
Father, I thank You for the miracle of the Internet that makes information like that shared by Drs. Loyd and Rubin so accessible to virtually everybody.

Final CAM Articles Published

Three more in a series of articles on Complementary and Alternative Medicine that I’m writing were recently published on Ezinearticles. At least for the present, I’ve “run out of gas” on this series. Here are the summaries and links:

Oh, and if I may be just a bit presumptuous, while you’re viewing the articles, I would be a blessing to me if you would take the time to rate it. Just go to the bottom of the page and you will see a 1-5 rating scale.

(BTW, if you would like easy access to the entire list to date, I’ve listed them all on our web site. Simply click here.)

1. Antonio Damasio, professor of neuroscience at the University of Southern California, found in his neurological research that it is impossible to have a thought without a corresponding mental image. Why is that important to the average person? Because those mental images that accompany our thoughts have a profound impact on our health, happiness, and ability to succeed. Click here to read this article.

2. We know from decades of research that memories are stored in the mind as images. Those memory-based images are often recalled by unexpected triggers in our day-to-day activities. The secret to living a happy, balanced life sometimes lies in healing those traumatic memories by redefining the painful images those events produced. This article provides four simple steps to accomplish that healing. Click here read this one.

3. If someone told you there was something you could do that would positively affect your relationships, your health, your finances, and every other sector of your life, you would probably be shouting, “Show me!” You’re not alone in hoping to find relief. But as this article points out, most people can’t even articulate what it is that they really do want most in life. This is a necessary first step to success in anything. Click here to read this final (for now) article in the series.

1. Did you read about the “Wonder Pill” in the newspaper? That pill stopped aging and cures multiple diseases is felt by some to be close to reality. How does it work and how long do we have to wait for it to be available? This article shows that techniques just as powerful as the wonder-pill are already in place that have been proven to accomplish those same goals without the need for a “pill.” Click here to read this article.

2. If you’re wondering whether or not you possess a spiritual nature, the best place to start your research is within your own body. Each of us is made up of a physical body and a conscious mind, sometimes also called the “soul.” With a little more research, however, it’s possible to prove a third component of your makeup. This article provides the proof as well as some fascinating details regarding that third component. Click here read this one.

1.  Albert Einstein is famous for E = MC squared, a formula that revolutionized the world. Scientists in many fields used Einstein’s theory regarding mass/energy equivalence to make fantastic leaps forward, but unfortunately, the fields of health and self-improvement lagged far behind.  Now it is being demonstrated that this very same understanding of energy can be effectively applied to reduce and eliminate negative, destructive memories.  This article explains how that is possible. Click here to read this article.

2.  Independent researchers have come to the conclusion that one’s deepest memories can be altered, indeed healed, by control of their thoughts and self-talk.  This article looks at a couple of those
researchers and shows the logic behind their amazing conclusions.  Reading this article alone could set you on a path that will dramatically change your life.

3.  Have you ever been in the presence of someone whose attitude and overall energy (or lack thereof) just drained you? What’s behind the old proverb about being like your six closest friends?  Is all this just coincidence or is there something behind it?  This article provides the answer to that question and even proposes how that answer can be used to change lives for the better. Eighth CAM Article Just Published

The eighth of a series of articles on Complementary and Alternative Medicine that I’m writing was just published on Ezinearticles. Here’s the summary:

Research is showing more clearly all the time that an unhealthy body is the result of faulty beliefs which bring about constant stress. But have you ever stopped to think how those beliefs are stored within your body in the first place? This article explains that data is recalled by our brains as a series of images. In other words, the images our experiences create are held in storage within our cells, to be recalled when we need them to understand the world. Click here to check it out. I believe you will find it interesting.

Sixth CAM Article Just Published

The sixth of a series of articles on Complementary and Alternative Medicine that I’m writing was just published on Ezinearticles.  Here’s the summary:

For decades, scientists have understood the “stress reaction” that triggers a powerful physical response throughout our bodies. We already know from this research that the constant triggering of the stress reaction day after day can have a negative impact on our health.  This article argues that it’s the wrong beliefs we hold within ourselves that are the very core of the excessive stress that brings destruction into our lives, but then ends by holding out tremendous hope for healing those core beliefs.  Click here to check it out.  I believe you will find it interesting.

Still Another CAM Article Just Published

I understand that the fifth of a series of articles on
Complementary and Alternative Medicine that I’m writing was just
published on Ezinearticles.  Here’s the summary:

Here’s something to think about: every human being has a stimulus response programming system that is the basis for his reactions to what goes on around him. During the first six years of life, we form core beliefs about danger and safety. We do, of course, add layers of new information to those beliefs as we mature, but what if the foundation itself is flawed? This article provides insights into the detection of a flawed foundation and lays the groundwork for restoration.  Click here to check it out.  I believe you will find it interesting.

Fourth CAM Article Just Published

I understand that the fourth of a series of articles on Complementary and Alternative Medicine that I’m writing was just published on Ezinearticles.  Here’s the summary:

Have you ever wondered why you remain unsuccessful in resolving a long standing relational, physical, or emotional problem?  The answer is that most are really just dealing with symptoms, rather than identifying the root cause. Sometimes that struggle to change symptomatic behavior becomes a substitute for finding, and dealing with, the real reason for failure.  This article will reveal the actual physical cause and why there’s now hope for a solution.  Click here to check it out.  I believe you will find it interesting.
